Make my ducklings love me

Okay so I’m unbelievably excited for my three female ducklings from cackle hatchery to get here! They come this week. Ancona, welsh H, black Swedish. And I already have a female Pekin.
So I raise them as pets. I want them to like me!! My Pekin likes me well enough but I’m looking for new tips from y’all. I read to be with them and handle them often. Talk to them a lot. Always bring treats when I come to visit them.
I was wondering if anyone put an article of your clothing in with them when they arrive. Something with your scent. We always did that when we got a puppy growing up. Wondering if the same kind of effect with ducklings? We spend a LOT of time with our ducks. That won’t be a problem. Any extra tips for my new babies?!?! These are the compromise my husband and I came too since my body telling me it’s time for more kids but we aren’t able to do that. They will legit be our babies

You could always try adding your pictures to the brooder too. Ducks have excellent eye sight. Maybe that will help them. I think I might try that when I get mine.

Try having them sitting on your lap, rubbing them with your finger, in gentle, small, fast motions. It's better to go gentle and slow, than not so gentle and fast.
