From the new pictures, especially the comparison, I'll guess female. I think the pointed looking feathers on the crest are trimmed because they look chopped. everything else is nice, thick, and round. The hackle is a bit pointy but with no sickle or saddle feathers being too pointy, I'd say that's just the polish genes. 12 weeks without waddles is generally a good sign.
