Make summer last well into the winter with strawberry jam

Jenn, thanks for your help! I think I'll take your advice on the 1/2 and 1/2 and give it a try. They're starting to pick raspberries here-maybe I'll make some for my dh's birthday!

Mmmm... raspberries. Those are still another couple of weeks off for us in WA. I love them!!

I also love the fact that you can pick them all the way thru to Oct. even Nov if the weather holds decent. BTW, I absolutely loved your pics on the 1st page of this thread. Someday.....vacation!!
