Here is a few burp cloths that i made and are so easy and inexpensive to make. They make great gifts. I bought a package of 12 cloth diapers for $10.00. I had lots of extra fabric on hand so i did not need to buy any. I prewashed the diapers and ironed them. Measure the center of your diaper were it is thick, length and width and add 2 inches and cut out of fabric of you choice. Then i turned under an inch on all sides and ironed them down. Next pin your fabric piece in the center of the diaper. ( i did need to adjust the folds on some to 3/ 4 in on one side after i cut them out due to the diapers were not all the same.) Then sew all the way around as close to the edge as you can. You can stack them and tie with a ribbon for a great gift.
