Making a free order tracking/Paypal management software for egg seller

Hi!

I am working on a software that lets you automatically invoice and keep track of all paypal transactions, egg orders, historys with buyers, where you sold eggs from, your frequent customers, your good buyers, your not so good buyers, auto tracking, postage printing and packing slip program..

Do you have any suggestions of features it would need? Thanks!
