Making a hatcher?

I was going to go get another LG for the hatcher but read something about them burning their heads. Is there a simple way to make a hatcher? I tried to search but didn't have any luck.

I havent read anywhere about them burning there heads but you can always make a homemade bator for a hatcher as long as you can keep the temps stable in it.
