Making a run.. pictures needed!

This is our run. Well it's actually two. Since we can't free range our chicken because of predators we put a door to separate them so the chickens can be in one side while we clean the other. Also the smaller run has a wood roof for rainy days, the other run just has hardware cloth.

Here is a picture of the coop and run while still in the building stage. I previously posted about our building of the coop and run with more pictures and information if you would like to go to my profile and check it out.

I have a run related question!

I would like my people sized door from the outside to open INTO the run. I have seen a lot of pics of doors that open out and I understand that it's easier to protect again predators if the door opens to the outside. Based on my yard setup it just makes more sense to have the door open in. Does anyone have ideas on how I can my ideal door and still keep it predator proof for the chickens?

Here's a photo of my door after being built, but before installation. I used a gate latch on it, as well as two hasps, one at top and one at bottom, for security.

My run is very similar to yours.
We built it for days when we go out of town and cannot let the chickens out to free range.
The pop door stays open 24/7 but I close the gate to the run every night and open it in the morning (when I'm home).
Excuse the naked guy in the photo.
