Making a strange noise

My chicken is making a strange noise for over a day now. I put her aside to check her a bit better. She has that low sound and then when she’s stressed she makes a higher pitch noise. I do notice some blood on her comb.

She just has stridor, a price of food or something in her airway. It will get better
