Making an olive/green later

I was just curious, how would I go about creating an olive/green egg layer? I currently have a RIR/White Leghorn Rooster in with the hens. We are hoping that my Buff Orpington goes broody so we can hatch a couple eggs, and I think it would be cool to add some more color to the egg basket. I have some pure Ameraucanas around 6 weeks. Since RIR/Leghorn hens lay a light brown egg and the Ameraucanas lay blue eggs, I was wondering if you crossed the two would you get an green egg layer? I've heard marans/Ameraucanas make an olive egger, so I'm assuming it would create just a lighter green, since the rooster has the gene for much lighter eggs than the Ameraucana.

I am no expert but my experience is a Dark/Brown egg layer with a white egg layer makes a pretty good chance of olive eggers

Here ya go. You need a brown egg parent and a blue egg parent to get green eggs from their children
