Hello, so I decided I want to try to make good quality frizzled ameraucanas.I already have a nice base bird. It is a single frizzled chick. It's mom was a pure black show quality ameraucanas hen, its dad was a dominant white frizzled standard sized clean legged pea combed muffed/bearded rooster, which also *might* be an Easter egger. The only thing about him is he has yellow legs. The chick in question is paint, has beard/muff, peacomb, frizzled, and is a guaranteed EE. It currently has light legs but they may darken with age. If the chick is female I plan to breed it to a nice black rooster, if the chick is male I will cross it over two nice black pullets. @MysteryChicken

I'm not much of a fan of Frizzle, but what you're planning may work.
