Fish is pretty much zipped, I see some dried blood on the edge so I imagine she hit a vein in the night. She’s still working though.

I haven’t seen or heard anything from Max’s egg I’ll candle once Fish is out.

Well, that’s all folks.

Fish finally hatched with assistance, had a pretty severe cross beak and possibly no eyeballs?

Candled Max and saw no movement or veins. We opened the egg and he was dead, yolk was not absorbed.

Sad, but coupled with the unexpected yellow chicks, the whole experience has made for some interesting science classes the last couple days!

And now I’m all the more excited to be replacing these cheap incubators.
