Making Lemonade [Selective Culling Project - very long term]

My understanding is that being wethered does not affect the taste any. No extra musk or game difference with the meat. May be a difference in fat and quality but not in the inherent flavour of goat.

a have a severely damaged sense of smell - reasons don't matter - but the wethered goats don't smell nearly as strongly of "male goat" as the non-wethered. I'm hopeful that's applicable to the flavor as well. and yes, like human eunuchs, they wethered animals tend to have different body shape than their intact counterparts.

I know we've been shy updates for a while. I need to cull again, and there is nothing in incubation. Took this pic this AM, putting it up here to show there has been some progress towards a good base color for my soils -

Still lots of work to be done. But its pretty clear progress.

Color looks good, though she is darker then the dirt. That's okay though, she'll blend in like a rock.

Well, apart from the beard, yeah. ;) That with some patterning would work really well here

I'm not good with genetics yet, especially when red is involved, but she's obviously got a lot of dilution factors since she's buff and blue instead of black and red.
