Making meat chickens

I want to raise my own chickens. I am looking to start a small chicken farm and I don't want to keep buying chicks. I want to keep a small flock and make my own chicks. However, I can only find dark Cornish chickens. It was pointed out to me that the dark chickens will have dark spots on their skin that will be unappealing to people who may want to purchase the chickens...

I have tried looking on line to research any other type of fast growing chickens to see if I could mix other breeds that would produce white feathers, but I'm not having much luck.

Does anyone know what breeds I could mix that would produce something similar to the Cornish x? ... or where I could find white Cornish chicks?

Have you considered White Plymouth Rocks? Or even Barred Plymouth Rocks? Best weights are in the 16 to 18 week range. VERY good tasting tender meat.

This is just a suggestion. Breeding problems are solved with this chicken.

we breed both white and barred rocks they have a good amount of flesh on em. but their not hatchery birds either
