Making Progress!

We live pretty close to a Tops (About 15 mins away) and a plaza with some local markets that will be willing to buy our eggs. But Tops is our main focus since we have a big advantage. We live way closer to Tops. These eggs would be coming from Pasture Raised hens. Me and my mother are going to go down to Tops sometime this weekend and talking to them about it some more. Fingers crossed! :fl
That is pretty ambitious! Good luck!

If you set up separate coops for different breeds and have roosters you can sell hatching eggs.
I did consider breeding and bought a couple of seramas for breeding purposes but I think i'm going to stick with the Seramas for now. I'd love to get into breeding rare heritage breeds one day though!

Still cloudy and cold here but me and my dad managed to finish the brooding pen this morning! I'll be going out to buy some shavings and feeder/waterers at Tractor Supply.

We received an email from the hatchery we ordered our chicks from and turns out they're coming earlier then expected! Approximately in two weeks :yesss: (Gives me less time to think of sixty names...) I'll try and get some photos of the brooding pen up when done.
But until then here are some more pictures of our animals.
