Making sure about hatching

I am at day 17 in the incubator. Temp is about 100 and humidity is in the mid to upper 20% range. Tomorrow, when I lock down, I want to get the humidity up to 65-70%, right? Hatch day is May 15, according to a 21 day projection. How long should I wait for stragglers? Thanks for the help!
