Yes, if the blade is long enough. You'll have to drill a hole to get it started though.

It's just a cooler. Lol I have everything sitting out. I'm trying to go about it like Sally's. I haven't cut anything yet. Gonna get the glass today.

Don't know about a jig saw, but I've built dog boxes made of 5/16" plywood with a scroll saw, so a couple pieces of plastic with foam insulation between them should be a piece of cake, I'd think.
