It was really quiet, DD2 was going to come down, but they got so much snow in Denver that she decided not to - especially since she is still in a rental car. SO there was just DH and I.

So I cooked ribs in the crockpot and finished them under the broiler with roasted carrots and had a fruit salad. It was nice.

Sometimes the quiet evenings are the best. Your dinner sounds delicious ribs are my favorite.
