Been looking and looking and looking and it seems that most want 1600 to 3000 a month for a three bedroom home.. Havent come across any farm houses.. Found one in Rochester which is far... 1600 for a three bedroom... so far the best deal of the day.

Average here, $650 - 700 on three bedroom stuff. Mobile homes, a
bit cheaper unless with acreage.
