Good morning all. The wind is still kicking here. Surprised but happy we still have power. Thunderstorms are suppose to start soon. Last year at this time it was 80 degrees. We aren't anywhere near that now

It is really cool sleeping with the wind blowing in your face and listening to the storm so all is well.

Yea I've always enjoyed a good thunderstorm. Where I grew up you could watch storms coming up the valley from a long ways away.

I remember standing on Grandma's porch in central IL, where it's flat as a table, watching the rain miles away, & not getting a drop where I was.

That is really neat. It's kind of like that in Iowa too. Here in Washington, you can't see very far. Lots of mountains and trees. The thunderstorms are suppose to start soon. Today is a good snuggle up with the pups kind of day.
