I actually think I'm going to make it 8" by 8" by 5", and the light will be on the top.

Actually, scratch the last post and just about this whole topic. I'm going to design a super mini incubator that will hold 1 egg and use a night light as it's heat source. Once I figure out the plans, I'll post it in this topic or start a new one, but IDK.
