making upgrades to my 1202 gqf

I think the inline fans would work . 260 cfm is great.  Dickeys is a good source for parts. Post some pictures when your build is done.

Thanks for all of your ideas & help. Trying to get all of the parts togather. Will start building next month after things aren't so busy. Wanting to have it ready by February. I will post some pictures.

This is an example of a sportman sized hatcher. Hold 360 chicken eggs max. I rarely make the larger lager incubators.
What size are your hatching drawers? I am trying to get some measurements togather. I like your 5 drawer hatcher it looks taller than my GQF.

Same height and depth, but It's wider at 18" than a GQF. The drawers are 4x16"x24" overall .

Is the drawer front & back 4" or the sides 4"? The front & back looks to be about 4.5" to 5" hard to tell from pictures. Inside of bottom compartment of my 1202 is 22"tall. Is GQF hatcher taller than incubators? It looks like the vent opening on drawer is 1.5 to 2" & top & bottom is 1.5" on drawer front.

The drawer fronts and backs are 4". Vents 2". You can make the drawers any depth you want. If you don't need that much capacity make 4 deeper drawers instead of 5. If you measure each component of the gqf cabinet you will see it lays out on exactly 1 sheet of plywood. Make it any taller will require another sheet.
