Trust me i know ! he is doing me a huge favor . thats why i'm going to drive the 1000 miles round trip just to meet joey not very many human beings out there any more who truley care about others but joey is one along with a few others out here on the byc! and joeys birds are by far some of the niceist i've seen . and thats why i'm honered that he would even give me the chance to owne one of his birds.

I think all of our Seramas are laying today ... we found the usual one egg in the bottom of the coop today. Then my DH just came in and asked me if I knew there were eggs in Elvis' carrier that he sleeps in. I went out to check and there was a little nest of 4 eggs that wasn't there this am when I put Elvis in the coop

Yes, Joey's little white cockerel is a CUTIE!!! (Can I call 2nd dibs if you change your mind?) And Cara has a really nice little white pullet too !! I'm so tempted.....My girls need show birds, and I'm feeling the need to give up my OEGB's and just jump in with two feet!!

The problem is, I'm not good at giving up birds.... I retire them, and feed and love them until their last breath. And when the retirement home gets too big, it takes up space for the newbies!!
