Jerry, yours are definitely King's in Serama's. I love to see them posted here, they give us all something to work towards.

Bobbyc, best of luck with your hatching. I just hatched another lil black chick this morning and more to come soon. My hatches are very staggered so I may have one chick then 3 or 4 then one, lol. I'm hoping like crazy one of these black chicks is good type, a cockerel and totally black with yellow to swarthy legs

And wow guys, I'm seeing better and better Serama's posted here. I love the pets too but I love seeing how hard everyone is working on type. Color? well that's the icing and it's obvious the work that goes into those whites but the crazy colors are "Awesome". I'll post when I have more chicks for photo's. Definitely picking up here and I'm getting a step further in my own color project with my solid chocolate hen. I can't seem to find anyone with solid black cockerels or roosters to sell to I'm hoping to make my own. I'm good with that if I can hold on to good type too
