Ill be back tonight with cool pics hopefully!

I'll be stalking the thread for pic's!! lol How do the Serama usually do with their laying in the first part of Sept?? If you have eggs, or maybe some others for sale around that time we might be making a trip through Ky to Fl or back that way...might be able to pick them up on the way back?!?! You'd get to see DaVinci lol We are setting him up with diapers so he can ride with us out of a cage...should be interesting huh

woot!

also--at what age should I be able to tell if my chicks are going to be keepers for breeding? As far as conformation, etc? I am not working on any particular standard color-the more color for me the better, but I just want to make sure they are going in the right direction as far as the conformation..

here is one of The Hoodlums-- i love their colors..

I use an universal tray and some fit in the quali size and some fit in the bantam size slots so it just depends!

He looks awesome to me! Looks like he has a nice short back, good tail, correct foot color ect. Give em about 3 months or so and thats when I can tell a bit better how they are gonna finish out. I just made some cute the other day and sold off 2 pair, Of course I kept far tooo many for myself but come the 6 month mark I will make one more cut. That lil guy has lots of potential and it shows

Thanks, he know hes a pretty boy too, lol. He should be around 7 months old. I would love for the silver to come in more. Do you think he might be SQ or atleast showable? I am going to get a picture of him in his pose tomorrow, so if u need a shot of his pose to tell let me know. Thanks

I think he'll make a wonderful pet. I wouldn't use him as a show bird or for breeding because he's long in the back, so that will cause him to loose a lot of points and that back length is hard to breed out once you get it started in your birds. And I see what appears to be side sprigs on the right side of his comb on the blade portion, is that so? If that's the case, that's a DQ. I'm sorry if that's not what you wanted to hear.
