He could use some more leg length and his ear lobes are white but he has a nice NATURAL pose and a nice WIDE tail.. and hes super sweet! I plan to use him on my longer legged, red lobed pullets when they are ready and cull hard to get some quality babies!

Let me know what you think of him!

(also please excuse the ratty looking feathers hes starting to molt.. shocker right..lol)

He's a real cutie. And he must be sweet to put up with wearing clothes!

I have a few white ones too. These are my BluegrassSeramas chicks. This Cochin has 5 white chicks.

And this Serama hen has the rest of the chicks.

This was hatched by a friend from ebay eggs. It looks like she's almost getting a double laced pattern going on. She's still quite young. I'm excited to see how she turns out.

Cool! I'd like to see what she might look like all grown up. I think she may have come from ebay eggs. But my friend hatched 2 batches from 2 different sources at the same time, but it's almost impossible to track her back to her source.

How quickly did the comb pop up? It's hard to see with the glare. I'm leaning towards boy, but I'm not at all certain.

I've had a few pullets at 4 weeks that show some color in the comb, but it doesn't develop much further until 16+ weeks.

As for feather color, it will change a couple of times before maturity, and since there aren't standardized colors in Serama, it's hard to specify. As of now, black and white mottled seems to be pretty close.
