thanks, i have a couple days off and everyone is over their moult I should get new pics , i have a motteled that is really come into something amazing!

No, he's from Carlos, another chocolate boy...Not a great picture, but it's all I have at the moment...

Every time I look in the brooder, I'd swear what I thought was chocolate now looks to be turning blue, and what I thought was black is now turning blue as well! I know seramas change color often, but it seems to me that these babies are changing daily, if not hourly!

The red glow from the heat lamp doesn't help either! I sit at the edge of the brooder shining a flashlight on these poor little things, hoping to see their "true" colors! This waiting game is killing me; I'm already studying the calendar, planning when these babies can go out in the coop, and when I can start incubating again!

i cannot wait to start having this years brood, i have some in the bator now, but i havent had much luck yet, they are just now getting fired back up and laying more regular.
