Well lets see, Pee-Wee is molting and he looks terrible. Poor guy! He got a little pedicure the other day and found it quite relaxing and fell asleep. He is really ready to have his way with Dottie, who is not interested. Although she spends a lot of time lounging in the nest and her comb is pinking up some. I get a real kick out of her. The chicks have grown a lot, probably almost tripled in size but still itty bitty. The one that was larger is changing in color a lot. It has almost all dark feathers now, very few yellow and some are starting to look a little reddish brown. I wish Pee-Wee didn't crow so stinking loud. When it gets warm out I'm gonna try and take them outside for a little while if I can keep him quiet!

On a separate note: Those muscovy girls better get to work! Unless you want to part with some grown up girls!

I finally had enough and kicked the boys out yesterday. They are in the bunny tractor attached to the plastic playhouse. They are getting pretty rough with eachother. If adding the girls doesn't help, one or both of them will have to go! (some place with more girls)

thats freaky lol.but very nice.did you cross breed?or did it come out like that?sort of how theyll throw silkied seramas sometimes

A breeder down in mexico developed him and I bought him in south texas. From what I was told it was many generatioms of breeding down to get to this size. Hes my smallest roo and I admit I kinda begged the guy to sell him to me. He has called me numerous times asking for me to sell him back to him.
