Don't put anything down for color, just enter them as American Silkied Serama. You wanna enter them as white if they're white, as they are judged separately, but all other colors are lumped together.

Aww, Dinky is so cute! I'm gonna hide that picture from my husband though, he's obsessed with the black tailed white and columbian type colors... Don't need to get him started with his ideas again.

Dinky is just cute as a button. I LOVE your mottled hen. She's gorgeous.

Thank you. He's smaller than my females and I wasn't sure he was breeding them until I walked in and caught him in the act. I haven't set any eggs from him/them yet because I'm waiting on replacement parts from GQF... These are obviously not being bred to any particular variety of course.

The surprises are what make seramas so intriguing and fun!

It's more fun having to guess and wait to see what's gonna be what!

Sigh,
My Madonna baby is a cockerel

What do you think the chances are of him (7 weeks) getting along with Elvis my roo (19 weeks or so old). I think some people have success with more than one rooster with hens? I have 4 hens. Here's his picture ... thinking of new name! Oh, what color / pattern is he? Partridge? LOL maybe we'll call him Sinatra or Frank.
Thanks!

Well, I've seen Joey's roosters all getting along okay! I bet he'd have some good tips for you. The good thing is, that they don't require much space if you need to separate them. The little boys are so darn cute.
