HI,
Just put my three newly hatched in the brooder............
ground chick starter.they are eating like likttle piggies.........
They are seperated from he regular sized hatch,
Water in a jar lid....................light of course....
If there is anything else I can do to help them make it
.I would really appreciate
input.........first time with Serama babes...........

Oh. Well thats ok. I am not planning on useing him for breed anyways.

How many serama eggs have you put under a single seragate broody hen? I have a Buff with 17 eggs under her. She had 8 full size and then 3 banties and I moved those into the incubator and the serama eggs under her. I just hope that that is not to many. She seems to be covering them fine. Just wondering any one elses opinions

No. I bought him because he was cute. And I post him on "what breed and gender is this" and I was told Serama.

Have you done this before??had a regular sized hen hatch out Seramas?????
And do you intend to let her raise them?
I have 2 broody hen right now.an Orp and a Marans.but my fear is that they would
cause an accident due to thier size difference.............
Actually, had three out of four eggs hatch from the incubato and am delighted with that.
Just curious????????????
