BTW... 'Angelica' is a very pretty 3 month old white Serama pullet that I recently acquired from Cara. She's in training to be spoiled brat #2, behind 'Hedwig', my original Serama pullet.

I used to live there...we lived in RB and then moved up to Temecula. Regret leaving...

I grew up in Fallbrook, I'm sure you know where that is!!! I remember the 15 freeway being built to Temecula!! It used to be a one horse town, and now its claustrophobic!!

Yep, I sure do! My daughter's doctor was in Fallbrook. We lived in Temecula when the downtown was the tourist attraction and to do any major shopping you had to go to San Diego lol. The Costco going in was big news right before we left. We were back a couple years ago and it was too much for me. Sad really.

I do everything possible to avoid Temecula now. The housing boom in the early 2000's just changed the whole blueprint of the area. I worked out there for a few years in the agriculture industry from 1993- 1996. I now live just outside city limits in Escondido, so I'm allowed chickens. I only have one neighbor to worry about, and my rooster collection is getting a bit loud. I need to make some different accomodations for the "men". I don't think its fair to wake my neighbors at 5am, even if I don't mind it.

Sunny-I will take you up on that offer. My 4 year old really wants to go to the beach and Rochy Point, Mexico is out of the question. So the next best thing is SanDiego. It wont be anytime soon so don't worry. My friends parents live on Coranado Island..Richie Rich!

Evening everbody. Congrats on some great pics and babies...........

I bought the pair they are A's perfect type. and i got another chick. so i guess she is hatching one every other day.

But...........

Oh and my golden Duckwing roo mille fluer hen layed the smallest egg i have ever got i am hoping for the perfect type.

I candled my eggs again tonight and boy I am getting good. I even saw some movement. It not that I am really that good...new batteries in my kickbutt flashlight helped!!
