Jerry is very generous to youths. I give him a lot of credit for that.

I hope you get the opportunity to visit his compound. I'd love to see it someday...

What might be offered to you, may be different than what is offered to the rest of us based on your proximity and potential family relation! Best of luck to you!! Please post your experiences!

Y'all are getting me more excited! I hope he can become like my mentor. It would be great! My grandmother is also a Schexnayder so we may be related somehow down the line.

I'll post better pictures later...but, wanted to get these out there, for others to see.

A couple pics, of my 6 chicks, from ZooMummzy's shipped eggs. I had hatched 12 out this morning before work...but we had typical florida afternoon thunderstorms...and the power was out for quite a few hours. I lost all but 6 chicks, when I came home from work.

I'm lucky to have the surviving 6, beautiful babies!!

Please excuse, the LF GL Cochin, in a couple of the pics.

OMG I'm so sorry about the other six!! The lack of heat was their demise I'm assuming?? Dang, bummer! Your remaining are adorable.

Already said it on FB but I'm so sorry for the loss of the others. My heart is breaking with you tonight

This loss hit me hard tonight - over emotional because the girl I've adopted as my daughter for the past 3 years is moving to Alberta Canada tomorrow. My first to leave the "nest" and in such a big way! Keeping my fingers crossed the power stays on for these little guys and the others you have in bators (mine and other eggs). And yep, I'm partial, but they are very cute

Stealing their photos and putting them in the hall of fame on my website

I hate being away on hatch day, but them I need to be away because I stress and check the incubator every other minute. You still had awesome results!

Thanks everyone, for their well wishes. This is the second time, in the last month, we have lost power, due to storms. We will have to buy a generator.
If for nothing else, to keep my brooders and bators going. We are always last to get power back up and running...as we live in the middle of nowhere!!

These little serama chicks from ZooMummzy, are the smallest serama chicks, I have hatched to date. So tiny!! Not that I wasn't going to spoil them, before today's power mishap happened...but they are really going to be spoiled now!!

I will post more pics in a few days!

Thanks again, for the kind words, everyone.
