Bill some hens are just more agressive then other I have a bantam hen when I put my hanf near her when shes nestig shes fluffs up and pecks my hand but the barred rooster Im waiting for the Barred hen to grow up more so im not sure As for with this hen first I want her type to be better so I wanted to no what rooster Im not working on her color.

Hatched 18 tonight, they all seemed to pop out at one time, another 5 to go. Three are Truffles chicks and dark colored but it's late and they're wet so it might be another day or two to see what color they are. They actually should be Blu's chicks. I put Truffles in with Blu on June 21st and these eggs were set on July 2nd so they may also still be T-Roo's chicks. Doesn't matter to me at this point, I wanted to see how Blu and Truffles crossed. I left Truffles with Blu for a month but she's back with T-Roo and I swapped out the other hens too so I could get a really good variety to choose from as next years breeders and possible show birds.

I'll post photo's when they're fluffed, probably Sunday so they'll actually be fluffed up.

I've got bad news. Only one of my seramas is fertile.

I'm pretty upset about it but I'm hoping it hatches and is a hen. I'll share pics when she hatches.

Smoothmule- awesome numbers. I don't even know what I would do if I had 18 seramas at one time.....seramam heaven!!

Laserama-Wow! What a change in color. You really can't tell from a chick how they will look as an adult. That is amazing!

No creepers genes so No scissors wing .... What he does have is type right yellow legs red ear lope .... feather is not that great cause he is molting but that can be fix in a month lol ... would he be a good start for a breed program for someone or should I cull him ???
