Just wondering if you think my males are being aggressive toward each other or not.
I've 4 peacocks, 2 of each sex. Now that it's warmer out they're venturing forth. I'm noticing that one male in particular always seems to be on the wrong side of the fence and pacing back and forth. (WHY they forget they can fly is beyond me.) The other male goes over to the fence and checks on him periodically. I'm not sure if he's trying to encourage him to come back or keeping him away. What do you think?

How old are they?
How long have you had them?
Sounds like they are free ranged are they?
When my males are aggressive they will pick another male out and chase him sometimes flogging the one they catch when it turns around but other than that mine just chill together.
Mine are all free ranged and have been sense the age of 4 months.
Do you have photos of your birds to share

They're 1 and they are free range though they've been locked in the barn most of the time (predator problem). They always return and don't wander far but this one male seems quite dense. He just paces on the outside of the fence. This blurry photo is the best I have of my 4.

BTW I got them at 8 weeks. The man I got them from was moving out of state and had to rehome all his fowl. So they've been hanging out in our barn with the other fowl pretty much their whole lives.
