Those are U.S. Araucana. Australian Araucana are tailed, muffed/bearded, and crested. OP's bird is a mixed breed cockerel.

Agree here too. Here is my lavender araucana..... think this was about 8 weeks old
Pea comb, very small and not really red yet.
Can’t wait till she lays, 13 weeks old this week!!!
