male arcucana chicks

Generally by time other chicks have been 3 weeks old the roosters are developing little combs. This year I have arcucana for the first time and don't see any combs developing. how do I know hens from roosters?

Feather pattern can be a hit but some breeds you don’t know until they are 8 weeks or older.
