Hello, my button quails are having big issues I mostly think they are males but they have bloody prolapses and I am trying to see what to do in this situation. I can’t do anything with a vet because they are far away. What should I do

Start with a warm epsom salt bath. This should be about quail body temp or a few degrees warmer.

It's rare for males to have prolapse.
Are you handling them a lot?
What are you feeding them?
Are they eating and drinking normally?
What is their home setup like?
Does their poop look normal?
How many do you have?

Thank Nabiki. No I am not handling them alot. I am feeding them a game starter from manna pro. They are drinking normally and eating normally. Their home set up is a big enclosure with water and food with oder catching sand, safe for pets, at the bottom layered with a layer of pine shavings. They have a little hut and that’s about it. Poop does look normal and I have 3. I think one girl and two boys.
