Male Cornish X taste different than Pullets??

I'm going to be getting some meat birds this fall, and would prefer the larger males, but I am a little confused as to the difference in taste. I've read a little about caponizing. (Although I'd never dream of attempting it) Is there really a difference????

It is not a difference in taste but size. The broilers both pullets and cockerels taste the same. The males are larger. The capons are simply just bigger males of standard breed roosters; they make fat, juicy roasters as well.
