Male duck sounds weird (like a female?)

My male duck, March, started to sound weird as of today. I can tell you without a doubt he’s male. ever since he grew up he had the curly feathers, raspy quack, mated with the females, etc. But he sounds weird all of a sudden, like a female duck. I’ll attach a youtube link to a video of him. In the video you can hear his normal raspy quack for a split second. There’s no lumps in his throat, injuries, or anything like that. Should I be concerned??

Huh. Sounded almost like a goat!

Everything else about him is normal? Eating, pooping, etc?
