Good Evening

I have an eight month old male Muscovy that eats grass, peas, corn and cut beans. However he has stopped eating his pellets for the past two days. Do I need to take him in to a bird vetinary clinic to see what is wrong or perhaps he got tired of the pellets and I need a new brand? Otherwise he acts normal. No weight loss. Thanks

If ducks get too many treats, they stop eating as much of their nutritionally balanced food and can get vitamin deficiencies so limiting the extras is the way to go especially the really filling stuff with little nutritional value as nathatched mentioned i.e. corn and beans et al.

I reduced the amount of peas and corn. They only get a small amount in the morning and after they go swimming before sunset. What is strange is that he will eat the pellets out of my hand.
