Male or female? Barred standard Cochin 6 weeks old

She was the darkest in the bin at TSC.
but now she appears 50% white/black. And comb and waddles are a little pronounced and pinkish.
Male or female? She’s huge compared to my other 3 chicks.
6 weeks old.
not too sure how to tell male from female barring.

While that is a bit more wattle than I'm comfortable with, the comb is actually pretty small and pale yet. Male Cochins are usually sporting quite a large red comb by now.

You should know in another couple of weeks. If male, that comb will sprout up noticeably.

I think it may be a Cockerel. Males usually have more white barring than females.
