Orp boys can be slow to develop, but I'm not thinking rooster at this point.
I also have 3, 7 week old Orp's and Daisy girl is a bit bigger then my other 2 girls and her comb also is larger and turning it's color slightly.. I hope she's not a He because I have fallen in love with all 3 and live in a neighborhood where roosters are a no no! Good luck to you!

Same to you! I know, I love my chickens! And we aren't allowed to have roosters either
