I got the black one and my two rouens from rural king. I was told it was a runner from someone on here also. I thought it was a cayuga. Its wings on the edge are turning purplish.

Not completely straight. Just runs like any other duck would really.

Mine used to quack loud but now its soft and sounds like a squeaky toy

My Runner drake never quacked he peeped until about 3 weeks ago when he started making raspy sounds. Now he sounds just like his dad. My female same age just in the last 2-3 weeks really got her voice. She loves to quack.
