Male or female? What breed?

Hi! I have a chick that is about 3-4 months old, I would like to know if he/she is male or female and the breed, I think it might be a lavender orpington but there is many lookalikes so what do you guys think? Also, the sussex in back are Roos or pullets? Thank you!

At thos age they are not chicks. Instead they are called pullets/cockerels.
