Male or female?

5 1/2 month old turkey, I've been assuming that Gravy is female, but lately she's been puffing out and fanning her tail at the chickens (the other turkeys that I bought with her didn't make it past a month...I got a free rhino virus bonus with their purchase...grrrrr...Gravy had it also but managed to survive). Can anyone tell from looking if Gravy is boy or girl? My first time owning a turkey and not sure!

its a tom, you see that form hanging down over the beak, only toms have that. hens is short and pointy
