Male or female?

I got chicks in today, Buff Laced Polish. I ordered 4 f, 1male. One chick is quite weak and wondering if anyone can tell me which gender. Hatched Monday.

Doing what I can to save the little one and while its not getting weaker its no

t improving much either.

Far to young. Usually around 8 weeks is the youngest for Polish to start trying to determine sex. Like Ol Grey Mare stated, Polish can't be wing sexed.
