He/she is 2-3 months old - also unsure whether a crossbreed - possibly leghorn or white rock?

Looks like it's a cockerel!!! If it were a gen, they don't get red combs til about 4 weeks of age.

I think it may be a pullet then! It looks to be a leghorn which tend to have a bigger crest and waddle then other chicks which are the same gender and age. My answer is a pullet!!
