that black one on the right is a cockerel. The Dominique may be either. Natural lighting, out of the shade could help. Along with more information, like age.

Mine are over a year now, the FBCM was a cockerel and has been rehomed for at least 6 months... I was posting the pics of mine at that age to show the large comb... I was not in need of sexing
