I think this one might be a Roo but I'm not sure. The last photo shows the sibling of this chicken and I'm pretty sure that one is a hen. Thoughts?

I agree, but the way this chicken stands is a little male like. By 16 weeks, it does not look too red in the comb, but that is a large comb. @TheOddOneOut

Usually the cockerels are quite obvious, have you seen any cockerel behaviors? If it’s a cockerel he should have at least tried to crow, unless you have another rooster.
