These are around 13 weeks old. I identified 3 young roosters and thought this was probably a later maturing rooster, but now I’m not so sure. Some of other roosters were already starting to crow a couple weeks ago, and had a little more comb and wattle development.
This one had more comb and wattle than the rest of the pullets.
They are by Buff Orpington roosters and the chicken in question from either a production Rhode Island Red or New Hampshire Hen.
The last picture are some of the pullets for comparison.
I’m thinking I may have gotten rid of all my roosters. Oh well may not be too bad.

That's a rooster/cockerel. The shiny saddle feathers give him away. Pullets/hens don't ever develop those so that's a clear indicator that it's a boy.
 
Yeah, I guess I do see some hackle feathers coming in. I'll get better at this game. 😅👍
It's all good, I think because we see them everyday, it's harder for us to choose the gender of our own flocks. I find it easier to gender other people's birds than I do my own 😅
