These are not only too rounded, they are also too broad to be male saddle feathers. Plus this chick is a little on the young side. Male specific feathers usually don't start coming in until 12 weeks (which, if your chick is 70 days shouldn't be for another 2 weeks).

Yes, rooster saddle feathers are very pointy and triangular, those are verry round. I’d say she’s a pullet.So they are normal on pullets?
